Embodiment for Healing

Embodiment practices are an effective way to heal the body, mind, and spirit. This event is designed to introduce participants to the benefits of embodiment practices and how they can use them to promote healing, balance, and well-being in their lives. Plus, have a ton of FUN!

You might not realize it, but energy gets stored in your body and can create tension that may be impacting you on a physical, emotional, or spiritual level. Intentionally moving your body to shift this energy will help release that physical and emotional tension, reduce stress and anxiety, increase self-awareness and self-compassion, and create more space for you to receive love and happiness.

During this event, participants will be introduced to a range of embodiment practices, including:

• Mindful breathing
• Bioenergetic movement
• Guided meditation and visualization
• Body-centered somatic experiencing

Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, anxiety, depression, or simply looking to deepen your connection with your body and soul, this event is for you. Join us to learn how to use embodiment practices to promote healing and balance in your life.

Each ticket sold will include a free gluten-free and vegan beer in honor of St. Patrick’s Day! Don’t drink? No worries, we’ve got you covered with kombucha and sparkling ciders!
