What is Laughter Play Lab?

Our time together is a guided, interactive group space, where

participants are encouraged to grow their comfort zone through acts of silliness and whimsical

absurdity! We will play, laugh & improvise together, and be silly with sounds & movement!

Moving at your own pace is imperative and inspired group silliness is encouraged!

If I can laugh...I can play.
