About the event
We welcome the New Moon in Leo in community, with Cacao & Sound. Come receive the heart medicine of Cacao and connect in with the energy of Love Itself as you recapitulate & create intentions for the next moon cycle. Deepen into your visions as you bathe in healing sounds of crystal bowls and angel harp.
Please bring:Â
~journal and pen
~eye covering (optional)
~mug for cacao
~water bottle
~anything you desire to charge on the altar
~yoga mat & cozy attire to be comfortable during the sound healing
Stay around for a delightful Yoga Nidra class at 7pm ~ Have a little dinner in between! There are local restaurants/quick service establishments within 10-15 minutes, or you are welcome to bring a (vegetarian-friendly only) meal to picnic here! (We ask that you respect the request your dish is vegetarian friendly, as vegetarianism/veganism is part of our core values at the Soul Sanctuary.)
