New Moon Sound Bath & Gathering

Join Becca Steinbach for an evening of new moon intention setting and sound healing at Inner Nature while you rest nestled in blankets. Depending on the weather, we may get to enjoy one more outdoor sound bath. Or we may be inside.

We will begin with a brief chat on the energies present for this cycle, and then drop into a space of setting intentions for both receiving sound and for the lunar cycle ahead. Then get all cozied up as you receive the healing frequencies of sound and energy healing. 

Sound Healing is one of the most ancient forms of healing, found across all cultures throughout the world. From the waves of the ocean to chants to instruments attuned to specific frequencies, the world of sound brings us into our center, relaxes the body & brain and shifts brainwaves, and reaches into the depths of our cells. Healing music decreases pain, lowers anxiety and relieves stress. The subsequent relaxed state allows us to open to our hearts, to our own inner wisdom and to open to direct experience. Sound healing supports healing on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels.

The New Moon, the dark yin of the moon's 28 day cycle, is a perfet time to enjoy that inner stillness, take a break from the busyness of the closing summer season, and drop in. Set intentions. Get clear with where you desire to go. Get clear with Spirit. Get clear with your Guidance. Rest. Open. Receive.

What to Bring:

~yoga mat, pillow and/or blanket to be extra cozy

~wear comfortable clothing

~a journal and pen

This month's new moon is in the earth sign of Virgo. 2023's new moon in Virgo invites mindfulness, support and nourishment, as we continue a big retrograde season, we can see where second chances are relevant and how to take those small, significant steps towards our dreams. Come cocoon yourself in a nest of blankets as you receive sound frequencies that will carry you into your inner world. Come out refreshed and nourished.
