About the event
The perfect night to step away from the busy-ness (business) of life for an hour and step into the silence of your heart. It is said that prayer is when we speak to God, meditation is when we listen to God.
We will begin with a short meditative song or breathwork to help us settle into the space, and then share silence as we meditate.
No frills, no guidance, just an opportunity to practice sitting, connecting to the Divine inner dweeling within, and just be-ing, together in community.
