Each class begins with a short breathing and grounding meditation before we bring more movement to our bodies. Each posture is linked to the breath helping you be present and feel centered. You'll feel ready to greet your day after this practice.
Open to all levels. Vinyasa-style class. Modifications and props are available at all times.
Outdoor class; indoor space limited to 10 students when weather is inclement.
