About the event
The Pause: An evening where we pause to engage in both contemplation and meditation.
Each Pause will feature a reading of a Gene Key (Richard Rudd), as we settle into a contemplative state (somewhere between thinking and meditation.) After the reading, you will be guided deeper into a place of meditation to expand your awareness around the evening's Gene Key theme.
Richard Rudd says that enlightenment is achieved through a series of pauses that one day lead to a breakthrough. So come take a pause, another step towards your personal breakthroughs.
