Every Wednesday evening at Inner Nature's Soul Sanctuary is Meditation Night. On the 4th Wednesday of each month, settle into a cozy spot and allow the sound frequencies of the crystal singing bowls to guide you on a meditation.
These are great classes to cultivate devotion and consistency, inner connection and peace, as well as community connection.
