7 Sacred Flames Morning Prayer

These Prayer Spaces are an invitation for you to begin your day with intention, centeredness, peace, and connection with the Divine. These simple, quick morning practices are an opportunity to go beyond seeing and experiencing prayer as an affirmation or petition, or parable as mere metaphor. As you go beyond, you embrace the wordless experience to which the living words of a mystic point.

The Prayers of the 7 Sacred Flames focus on prayers devoted to aspects of each of the 7 Rays of God or Source. Each cosmic ray or flame has divine qualities. Each ray/flame is more potent on a specific day of the week. The more you invoke the flames and works with them through prayer and meditation, the more the divine qualities reveal themselves within you. 

Creating a regular prayer practice allows the "four paths" of spirituality to emerge and unfold, according to their rhythyms in your unique soul and timelime. These are the paths of original blessing, letting go, breakthrough, and compassion. 8 centuries ago, Hildegard of Bingen defined prayer as "breathing in and breathing out the one breath of the universe." Together, we breathe and experience these prayers. as an uplifting and devotional way to begin your day.
