Restore Balance & Harmony within your inner world

and become a changemaker, a wayshower, for empowered, harmonious living as the world shifts.

The Path of the Paq'o
The Path of the Paq'o (shamanic practitioner/healer) is a group apprenticeship training program designed to deepen your personal healing and self-mastery in combination with spiritually practical tools and practices you can apply to everyday living. Comprised of 16 sessions over a 9 month journey, the student will renew their relationship to Pachamama (Mother Nature) and Great Spirit (the Divine) by embracing and embodying the principle of Ayni (reciprocity). The path helps the student restore balance and harmony within their inner world, thus co-creating a life of harmony, balance & love and becoming the change you wish to see in the world.
In these times of Wind - accelerated and sometimes drastic change -, it is imperative to return to the essential. At our core, we not only desire to lead a meaningful, joy-filed life, but also to contribute to a better, more harmonious world. Many of us don't know how we can heal ourselves and make a difference. In these times, we as a collective are invited to learn to navigate, harmonize and master our inner worlds, which in turn helps us discover new ways of being/acting/living in the world that contribute to positive change. Doing our own personal work empowers us to transform destructive patterns and wounds into personal power and self-mastery for contribution to the highest good for all and compassion as a natural outcome. As we grow together, you will begin to see and walk new pathways to Wholeness.

You are invited to step upon the Path of the Paqo.
This Earth-based shamanic practice rooted in the Andean mountain traditions/cosmology will bring the student towards their healed state; the path will continue long after the class concludes.
In our Journey together, we will explore:

- Andean cosmology/spiritual teachings
- Shamanic Journeying
- Personal Healing
- Dreamtime
- Meditation/Earth based spiritual practices
- Fire Ceremonies
- Despacho Ceremony
- The Mesa
Each student will build a Mesa (medicine bundle) as an anchor for their spiritual work, receive rites of passage and learn the ways of the Shaman (paq'o), walking in beauty

about Becca
Becca Steinbach is a joy weaver, a soul in loving service to Great Spirit, Pachamama, and the community. She holds a variety of roles as she walks her path of service – paq’o, ceremonialist, OPL quantum healer, Reiki Master, spiritual mentor, space holder extraordinaire and sacred Cacao carrier. Becca and her husband own and operate a spiritual wellness and healing arts center in Finksburg, Maryland, Inner Nature, where she shares her offerings to the community.
With the gift of the Beauty Way in her heart, Becca curates safe, Spirit-filled, loving and expansive spaces for soul-seekers to experience their true inner nature and the living love of the Great Mystery.
As a paq’o, Becca holds herself to the values of Yachay (Wisdom, Truth), Munay (Love, Compassion) and Llankay (loving service), with the intent to be a pillar of tukuy munayniyok (the unwavering presence of unconditional love) to the best of her ability.
The walk through the Andean mystical cosmology has taught Becca devotion – to be a disciple to Great Spirit, to Trust in herself and Spirit, to live in ayni (reciprocity), to step into her power and to engage her self-mastery. Without a doubt, the way of the paq’o has helped her embody what she previously only dreamed of being capable of. Becca’s loving devotion is palpably felt through the time, dedication, kindness and presence she pours into each soul in her healing sessions, ceremonies, trainings and events. Becca is a wayshower, evoking the restoration of the Sacred, holding the vision of Wholeness, and helping guide those who work with her to heal themselves.
what students have to say:
"I started this journey not quite sure what to expect. I was dealing with anger and emotional issues, grief and physical pain. I had become very sensitive, like a raw nerve. I became very uncomfortable in a social setting. I began to isolate.
Inner Nature is a place I have always felt welcome no matter how I may be feeling on given day.
So I decided to take on the journey, Path of a Paq'o.
What I got from this intense introduction course was way more than I expected. It was a small intimate group, all of us looking for something. I feel I experienced a slow, gradual transformation into a much stronger person. I was getting comfortable again. I was sharing my thoughts with others and not feeling judged. I was able to work on some of my weaknesses I didn't even know I was struggling with.
If you are looking for an amazing, spiritual journey with others that share positive intentions, self growth and closer connections to Spirit I recommend indulging yourself in this class.
I am forever grateful to Becca for her passion, guidance and teachings. She is a true joy weaver!!!"

"I met Becca in the fall of 2022 at a Cacao Ceremony that she was leading. I felt the deepest respect for the way she carried herself and brought through the Andean traditions while calling in the directions to create sacred space for ceremony. I recognized a wise and powerful teacher, devoted to a deep spiritual path before me.
I have immersed myself in deep spiritual teachings over the last several decades and they are an integral part of my foundation. I recognize when something has deeper value than the newest spiritual fad and quest. I felt curious and drawn to learn more about what I observed, felt and experienced that night, so I began to attend ceremonies that were held at Inner nature. I heard about the Despacho ceremonies and was curious about the meaning behind them and their significance.
I took many classes with Becca and grew to value and respect deeply the teachings and transmissions that so naturally flowed through her and impacted and continue to impact me. I heard about Path of the Paq'o (Andean Shaman’s Journey 1)last year, with Pamela, who started LandSpirits and who is full of love, wisdom and experience and devotion. Becca was one of her assistants and because I trusted Becca and had been experiencing certain aspects of the path already, I knew I needed to step into it and find out more. I had no idea what I was “getting myself into.” I felt like I dove into the deep end of the pool and went full on to the end. I received way more than I anticipated and experienced life changing shifts, especially in relation to long standing grief.
The group was very big and we broke up into small groups to do our processes. I feel so deeply connected with everyone I went through that journey with. It is hard to explain, except to use the words, “invisible lines”, referred to as seques, in Quechua. We are all connected, we really are!
Fast forward, Becca announced she would be teaching a review class in the fall and I was all in. I wanted to continue to deepen and practice all that I had learned and the 2nd class helped to reinforce, review and clarify what I may have missed on the first round, since it felt like a whirlwind. I am so glad I did it. I got to experience the teachings through Becca and her teaching style resonates with me. Every class was rich with valuable information and experiential exercises and always felt so special!
We were in a smaller group, which made me feel more comfortable asking questions, which, in turn, helped me feel more confidence and clarity moving forward in putting some of the tools we learned into practice. I got to connect with new, amazing people and do this work with them. Becca followed up with check ins to see how we were doing and this really helped me stay on track with asking myself, how am I and where am I with my practices.
I cannot recommend this life changing experience to anyone more. You must be ready for your life to change. It was so heart -warming and inspiring to see everyone I went through this journey with transform in the most beautiful ways and begin to embody who they were all along and witnessing them living more fully from and embodying their true power, heart and soul."
