About the event
Have you ever desired to feel accepted and loved by those around you? Of course you have! Because you are human, and It feels good to be seen, heard, and held, authentically. We weren’t taught how to have an authentic and meaningful conversation, or relate to one another on a deep level. So, let’s come together, practice relating-authentically and build our conscious soul family together.
Serena Rose will lead you through large and small grouped practice that will leave you feeling grounded and connected, while also giving you tools to take into practice in your day-to-day life.
This event will be approximately 2 hours. Please bring a water bottle, and anything else that will help you stay resourced during our time together . We hope to see you there!
