About the event

Join us for an afternoon honoring the Fall Equinox and seasonal shift with Acupuncture & Medicine Music. Imagine laying down, wrapped in your favorite blanket, enveloped by the soothing soundscapes of healing medicine music, the mystical handpan, and the droning harmonium, all crafted to bring you into a deep, relaxing and rejuvenating space inside yourself. Acupuncture needles are expertly placed to ground and relax your body, while you soak in the healing sounds and messages.

The treatment will be followed by a short break (tea will be provided, please bring a light snack to share such as for a personal snack), after which we will sit together in a circle to sing medicine songs together. You are welcome to join us for the acupuncture or the songcircle portion only.

ABOUT THE FACILITATORS

JENNA SOMMERS

Jenna Sommers is a licensed acupuncturist, bodywork therapist and musician with over 20 years of experience in the healing arts realm. She combines the power of music and healing songs, with the ancient practice of acupuncture, through the lens of five element medicine, to help awaken people to their own body's healing wisdom.

AMY NAYLOR

She first learned to sing and drum as a child around festival campfires, and as she grew to find her own voice she quickly fell in love with the handpan, discovering it to be the perfect instrument for her vision. Knowing just how transformative and empowering the simple act of playing music together can be, Amy crafts her shows and workshops to create a space where this connection can blossom. With the handpan at the center, she plays mantra-like songs for all to be involved in. www.AmyNaylorMusic.com

SARAH PAZ HYDE

Sarah Paz Hyde is a certified sound practitioner whose somatic journey with music began with the violin at age four. She now explores musical and vocal resonance as tools for self-healing, calmUNITY connection, planetary & inner alchemical restoration. Sarah shares the gift of handpan through Super Bloom community events, hands-on education, and sound meditation sessions. www.SarahPazHyde.com
