About the event
The body is our physical temple, and oh does it contain energy! Did you know your body holds memories? Stores pent up thoughts and even pains?
Your body craves to be nourished, taken care of. Often that means rest. And, often that means MOVEMENT. And your body wants to feel JOY and PLAY through movement! Rhythm and music comes naturally to most of us, we just have built all sorts of stories and walls around letting our bodies dance.
So, come explore free. fluid, and fun movement along to a variety of songs. Let those walls down, move through your stories. Let your inner child play and dance and just JAM OUT!
