Creating Space: Mini Retreat for Creation

Winter holds the energies of hibernation, envisioning, germinating, resting, being. For the first Restorative Sound Immersion of the year, we chose to amplify that winter energy, and create a space for you to create space in your own life. When we pause and create space, we are opening doorways for our creations to unfold. 

Come join Rose Marie Davila and Becca Steinbach for an afternoon mini-retreat. You'll get to receive the heart-opening medicine of Grandmother Cacao, who will help us envision who we desire to be in 2023, how we desire to show up, what we desire to create and co-create. Cacao allows our creative energies to FLOW! After we've created our magnificent visions of 2023, we will anchor it all in with a restorative sound bath. Float on the waves of sound and deeply relax into the reality you are creating for yourself. An opportunity to BE your creation!

We will have paper for the boards, magazines, scissors, glue and other creative delights to add to your 2023 Vision. In spirit of community, we invite you to also bring a magazine or two and any other creative delights we can add to the boards.
