Monthly Garden Like a Shaman Gatherings are a poetic fusion of learning wisdom of the Earth, plants, sun and stars and of direct experience. How does one garden like a shaman? We harmonize, dance in rhythm with the Earth Mother. Gather with Oso, Becca & Geoffrey of Inner Nature on the first Sunday of each month and grow your connection with the land and community. Each gathering is unique and in tune with what's unfolding beneath the soil, in the air, through the seasons. You'll soon be gardening and tending your land (whether you have acres upon acres or potted plants!) in harmony with the Earth.

This month we will be communing with the Mother through wood and fire, dividing roots, exploring the teachings of compost, learning to tend the beds, and preparing for wildflowers. In this Pisces season, we explore the yin and the yang, the duality and the beyond duality. We also remember our own inner sanctuary through yin yoga. Though the Earth is stirring and the sun is staying longer, it's still winter, and we must honor the importance of going within and continuing to replenish as we prepare for the emergence of life: spring

What to Bring:

~garden gloves/wear or bring clothing to do a little work on the land in

~come prepared to learn through experience - the land is waking up, so we will be outside on the land!

~water

~notebook/pen if you'd like to take notes

~a yoga mat

~an open heart
