About the event
Join Rose Marie Davila for a Gentle Flow to ease the body and mind into the new week.
Our class will begin with a meditation and breath work followed by a gentle warm up before slow, tranquil, and easy stretches in the body.
Practice will end with a long savasana supported by props. Open to all bodies and all levels!
