The season of Autumn is a time to recapitulate the year, slow down and open to deep rest and shedding the old. Yes, even though it is December, we do not officially enter winter until the winter solstice on the 21st. This last leg of fall can be jarring, because our internal system is asking us to slow down, yet the demands of work, daily life, and potential additional demands of the holidays are in exact opposition to what truly helps us regulate at this time of year.

We invite you into an evening of balancing these contrasting opposites, to take a rest, return to your breath and remember to just << b e >> through an immersive, guided relaxation experience helping you restore your balance. Softening into relaxation allows you to let go of the old that this fall season may be highlighting for you and to make space for the new to come.
