Dear Inner Nature family,
a short time ago, we gathered for the Pause and contemplated Gene Key 33. Richard Rudd spoke on Hui Gan - savoring the sweetness, the experience, of tea. He expands it into savoring our past moments in our togetherness - often over tea.
As we reminisce over the sweet moments of life - whether moments that occurred just this morning, or over the recent days, weeks, months or years - we are reminding our brains that sweetness matters. Rewiring ourselves to orient to the goodness, the meaningful, the wholesomeness in our lives. Gratitude grows.
The Pause inspired me for one last gathering of 2025, the night before Father Sun enters into his winter standstill.
