About the event
Learn and practice Qigong movements that relieve stress, harmonize mood and build energy levels. By doing specific movements and breathing techniques, you can revitalize your body and mind. These simple techniques can help you get out of chronic pain or just a feeling of stuckness and can help open feelings of freedom and happiness.
Each class, led by Andrei Stoica, will feature qigong movements, a bit of theory and classic meditations such as the inner smile meditation to explore and invigorate your body of energy.
Andrei is an Energy Medicine practitioner focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine. While he practices all five branches of Chinese Medicine (Bodywork, Herbs, Nutrition and lifestyle Coaching, Acupuncture, Medical Qigong) he specializes in Chinese Energetic Medicine or Medical Qigong.
