About the event
Sound healing is a therapeutic practice engaged with since ancient times. Sounds, frequencies, tones and vibrations harmonize to create the space for physical relaxation, emotional release and upliftment, mental calming and clearing. The frequencies reach deep into the body, promoting cellular well-being and shifts. You'll receive sounds from a variety of instruments including the crystal singing bowls, and sometimes the voice. All sounds help shake up energy, release what no longer serves, and balance and harmonize the physical, mental emotional and spiritual bodies.
