Shiatsu & Thai Massage Workshop with Andrei

Are you in need of feeling deep relief in your body?? More fluidity in your body? Then Come and explore Thai and Shiatsu style massage!

These modalities are traditionally done on the floor and combine acupressure, deep tissue and

stretching. In addition, Andrei will share his insights, perspectives & expertise from Osteopathy and Traditional

Chinese Medicine as they relate to the practice of massage and developing body intuition. 

You will learn a sample blueprint treatment for a full body massage as well as energetic cultivation

and hygiene.

Workshop includes:

Introduction and Theory

Qigong and Yoga practice for energy cultivation

Massage techniques and sequence

Closing the massage session to promote good boundaries and energy hygiene

Qigong and meditation to cleanse and rebalance after working
