Songbird Vinyasa

Join us for an early morning yoga practice led by Ashtanga teacher Rose Marie Davila as the songbirds sing awakening melodies and the sun warmly shines. 🌞💚🐦  

Each class begins with a short breathing and grounding meditation before we bring more movement to our bodies. Each posture is linked to the breath helping you be present and feel centered. You'll be ready to greet your day after this practice.  

Open to all levels. Vinyasa-style class. Modifications and props are available at all times.  

Sliding Scale $10-$15

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to set up and be prepared to flow :)
