About the event

Join us for an early morning yoga practice led by Ashtanga teacher Rose Marie Davila as the songbirds sing awakening melodies and the sun warmly shines. 🌞💚🐦  

Each class begins with a short breathing and grounding meditation before we bring more movement to our bodies. Each posture is linked to the breath helping you be present and feel centered and activated. You'll be ready to greet your day after this flowing practice.  Open to all levels. Vinyasa-style class. Modifications and props are available at all times.  

Sliding Scale $10-$15

You are welcome to stay for Morning Meditation afterwards led by Becca. If so, the investment is a sliding scale of $15-$25.
