Spring Community Swap

SPRING is in the air!!! It's time to clean out the closets, the pantry, the garage....

Open up those stoarge places and see what is no longer serving you. What well-loved, but not recently used, clothing, home decor, pantry foods, is just taking up space???

Wouldn't it be nice to clear out the old and make space for the new??

Inner Nature is organizing a Community Spring Swap - come bring your old things (gently used, good condition please!) and paroose what is being given away with love. Think of a community yard sale, except you don't need to pay for anything you bring home :) You never know what treasures you'll find, and it's way better for something collectiving dust in your space to be treasured by another!

let's upcycle, instead of throwing away and buying new (or even used!) all the time.

This is a *free* offering to the community!

The swap is also happening during our SPRING REBIRTH: Breathwork & Cold Immersion playshop with Geoffrey! So if this strikes your fancy and you're ready to grow in your confidence, join us! You'll have plenty of time for the swap before and/or after :)

Really, you could make a whole day at Inner Nature on the third Sunday of each month! We begin the day with a community morning practice. After the Cold Immersion workshop, we can a men's circle. And occasionally, you'll see a pop-up Sunday evening event.

What You Could Bring to the Swap:

- gently used clothing (please no rips or stains. please make sure clothing is clean prior to bringing)

- gently used shoes

- jewelry & other accessories

- home decor

- *small* furnishings accepted - if it can git in the trunk of a small suv, then bring it

- pantry items that you just aren't eating, and probably won't (*VEGAN ONLY*, as Inner Nature is a vegan establishment)

- unopened body/hair care products

- hardware (like lightbulbs, tools, etc)

- garden decor & tools

- seeds! (***NON GMO!!!***)

- houseplants

- seedlings/baby plants (NON GMO!)

- spiritual items that are ready to move on (crystals, oracle decks, etc)

- books, CD's, records

What NOT to bring:

- anything non-vegan

- mattresses or large furniture

- used pet furnishings/toys

- perishable items

- open/used body/hair care products

- items that are damaged, broken, stained or have missing parts

-GMO (genetically modified organism) seeds

Anything leftover at the conclusion of the Spring Swap will be donated.
