Are you ready for another…. ‘Star Stories, Sipping Cacao’?
When does the new year actually begin? Is it the Winter Solstice, when the Sun is at its lowest point, the shortest day? Or maybe January 1st as would be convenient for a calendar? Or perhaps when the Sun crosses a certain point in the stars? Or maybe with the New Moon in Capricorn, when both luminaries together are in the most southern sign. Or, there is the Lunar New Year that will begin on the Aquarian New Moon this year. And this moon brings the Fire Horse. As we shed the year of the Snake, and leave a 9-year behind, we welcome the year of the Fire Horse, and a One year… a dynamic time of new beginnings.
