Sunset Soundbath

Basking in the Golden Hour Light, swaying to the gentle breeze in a hammock under the maple grove, or grounding in, lying on the Earth, receive the nourishing + healing sounds of crystal bowls, rattle + more.  These midweek gentle sound baths are the perfect tune up to re-energize, release, purify, activate + open to Joy. Sound medicine has been used since ancient times to cleanse, purify, restore,  and connect you to your true self + Source Light.  Sound takes one upon an inner journey, a meditative sleep, or a peaceful relaxation session. Afterwards, many feel clear, peaceful, purposeful, activated, grounded, radiant, expanded, joyful, and/or loving.
