The Goddess Within (Yoni Steam Ceremony)

Have you ever desired a deep sense of belonging within yourself? Along your journey back into self-belonging, have you found challenge in knowing, accepting, and loving your feminine? Your wombspace? Your womanhood? Your yoni?

Join us as we transform into the Goddess within. 

This special ceremony opens the door to connect in sacred circle with divine women on a similar, sacred journey of reclaiming their feminine light. The Goddess Within Yoni Steam Ceremony will activate your sacred femininty - your Goddess energy. In our sacred afternoon together, you will have the opportunity to alleviate tension held in your womb space, transform pain and/or trauma held in your womb, experience relief, gain knowledge in herbal remedies and yoni steams, and to connect with your yoni, body and Self. 

As you arrive, sage is used to cleanse before entry. Then we gather in a ceremony circle for brief meditation, breath work and to speak our intentions. Aya will teach the properties of herbs found in yoni steams, the medicinal properties from the herbs that help aid the body, the best time to perform a DIY herbal steam and how our diets affect our moon cycle. You'll receive a yoni gown to change into from the waist down, while Aya prepares the herbal steam in each bowl given. You will be lovingly guided and supported through your yoni steam.

Come home to your Goddess Within. 

We ask you to bring the following: yoga mat, clean white hand towel, journal, and wear loose clothing
