About the event

Winter nights are long and days short for a reason, although our modern lives may not be fully in sync with the slowness winter has to offer. Have you been feeling challenged in giving yourself enough rest, restoration and nourishment that the season of Winter calls for? 

We invite you into an evening of nourishment, where you receive the gift of taking a rest, returning to your breath and remember to just << b e >> through an immersive, guided relaxation experience helping you restore your balance. Softening into relaxation and nourishment allows a sense of deep hibernation, even if just for a couple hours, and the more opportunities you gift yourself, the more ready you will be to emerge in spring and bloom. Allow yourself to just be.

Join Rose Marie Davila and Becca Steinbach for an immersive evening supporting your ability to be slow and still and open to total relaxation, restoration, healing and nourishment. You'll be welcomed with a grounding meditation that opens into gentle, yin movement and stretches that help you gently slow down. Winding down into restorative yoga poses that invite complete relaxation of the body and mind, you'll receive nourishing sound waves of crystal bowls bathing you. A deeply restorative, nourishing evening, helping you soften and deepen into just being.
