Womb Wisdom Workshop with Karen White

Whether you have a period, have lost it, are pregnant/ postpartum, going through perimenopause, or have completed your cycle, this workshop is for YOU! 

In a world that prioritizes doing, tap into the ancient wisdom of your womb that innately upholds creativity, rest, intuition, and divine feminine power.

In this workshop, we will use a variety of dance, intuitive movement, and yoga to explore the deepest truths of your womb’s wisdom. To complement this mindful movement, we will also embark on a journey through meditation, journaling, and closing out with a beautiful sound bath that Becca will lead us through. 

Come in comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring a journal, pen, and a water bottle.

About Karen:

Karen is a 500 hour yoga instructor, with a 50 hour certification in yin yoga. She is passionate about helping the feminine connect to their womb space, release shame, and tap into their intuition. After being let down by the medical system while enduring menstrual issues, Karen has found healing through different Eastern wellness traditions. This set her on a journey to share this information and empower others to know that their womb is a sacred space and is for them, not against them
