Hustling and bustling this morning for no apparent reason.
Finally, sitting down to meditate.
The mind still a hustle bustle, jumping and springing from thought to thought.
Remembering God Presence within, deep slow exhale. All centered, quieted.
Within, whether within me or within all the outside of me. God within all. Breath bringing more depth to the center.
Slowly.
This is what's to cultivate. This is the flame.
Mind still gets up and wanders...
...and again, exhale, remembering God Presence within, and I'm back to the center, bottom of the breath.
